Refund policy

Our products are custom printed and made to order. We ensure the best quality possible in all our products.

In the event that you discover a problem with a manufacturing defect or an item is broken upon arrival, please send us a photo of the defect and/or broken item and submit to our "contact page" within 72hrs and we will issue a replacement of the item based upon the photo provided. 

We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds and will be happy to replace an item with a manufacturing defect or a broken item that was caused while being in transit as long as a photo is provided to us.
